If you have a question about buying or selling a home in Lake Geneva Estates, please submit your question by filling out this form.
  • Homeowners have access via this website to all Governing Documents: Declaration, By-laws & Amendments, Board Minutes, Treasurer's reports. It's the homeowners' responsibility to provide those documents to prospective buyers.

    • These documents will only be given once a purchase agreement has been signed and presented to LGEHOA.
